氣相層析串聯質譜儀
(Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry, GC-MS/MS)
本儀器是由氣相層析儀 (Gas Chromatograph) 與串聯質譜儀 (Tandem Mass Spectrometer) 組成,適合分析易氣化、低沸點的化合物。相較於一般質譜儀,以串聯質譜為偵測器,可在高試樣背景下分析微量的目標化合物,大幅改善檢驗分析之靈敏度與專一性,在現今的食品檢驗扮演重要的角色,如多重農藥殘留分析、單氯丙二醇分析、脂肪酸組成分析等,並可配合通用的商業化資料庫亦可進行未知物篩檢,如中藥摻西藥、食品中摻西藥等。
