氣相層析串聯質譜儀
(Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry, GC-MS/MS)
本儀器是由氣相層析儀 (Gas Chromatograph) 與串聯質譜儀 (Tandem Mass Spectrometer) 組成，適合分析易氣化、低沸點的化合物。相較於一般質譜儀，以串聯質譜為偵測器，可在高試樣背景下分析微量的目標化合物，大幅改善檢驗分析之靈敏度與專一性，在現今的食品檢驗扮演重要的角色，如多重農藥殘留分析、單氯丙二醇分析、脂肪酸組成分析等，並可配合通用的商業化資料庫亦可進行未知物篩檢，如中藥摻西藥、食品中摻西藥等。
